Returns & Refunds policy

You may return your order within 10 days of delivery, but only in cases where the product presents a manufacturing defect. Returns for any other reason are not accepted.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in perfect condition

• It must be returned in its original packaging

• All original components must be included

To initiate a return, please email us at info@stick2training.co with a clear statement of the issue and your intent to return the product.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 3 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the purchase, minus a 20% fee to cover shipping and handling costs.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
